cork dork Return and Exchange Policy

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your cork dork purchase.  You can return or exchange any new unworn products purchased directly from us within 30 days of shipment.  To return a product for a refund or to exchange a product for another one, fill out the Return/Exchange form below.  Mail the Return/ Exchange form, a copy of the original packing slip, and your product in the original packing to our Returns Department.

Note:

All refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase; for exchanges, any price differences will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase.  Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for processing of the refund or exchange.
